Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place mixture of nuts on a baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
Bake in preheated oven until warmed through, about 8-10 minutes.
Melt the butter on the stove at a low heat.
While butter is melting add the coconut sugar, himalayan salt, cayenne pepper, and dried rosemary to a large bowl. Mix to blend.
Add the melted butter to the bowl of spices, stir until blended. Mixture will form a paste.
Pour the warm nuts into the spice mixture immediately after removing from the oven. Toss with rubber spatula to coat nuts evenly.
Serve warm or allow to cool and store in air tight container.
