In a medium bowl whisk eggs and almond milk until well blended. Add the lemon juice and zest and mix.
Add Arbonne protein powder and whisk until smooth
In a small bowl mix all lemon glaze ingredients together until smooth and set aside.
Spray a griddle or sautee pan with nonstick spray and heat to medium heat. Add 1/4 cup of batter to pan into the center of the circle for symetrical pancakes.
Heat until small bubbles occur in the batter, about 2 minutes. If you see a golden brown edge around the side they are ready to flip. Using a spatula, flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve the pancakes and top with the greek lemon glaze and lemon zest. Enjoy!
