I am an appetizer junkie! I would rather go to Happy Hour then a full dinner any day of the week; and not only because I want to be in bed by 9 pm 🙂 

Lately, I have been craving Hummus & Greek Salads every day, so I figured why not put them together in a dip!

These fresh flavors will keep you on track while satisfying that snacking desire during Sunday football.

Here are the basics of what you need:

Cucumbers

Tomatoes

Feta Cheese

Olive or Avocado Oil

Lemon Juice

Dried Basil

Dried Garlic Powder

Dried Oregano

Salt & Pepper

Hummus

Pita Chips

Fresh & Easy Mediterranean Dip

Enjoy these fresh flavors with crispy pita chips!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1.5 cups chopped tomatoes I use a combination of grape and roma
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cups hummus homemade or store bought
  • 1 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 bag Pita Chips

Instructions
 

  • Chop the tomatoes and cucumbers.
  • Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, dried basil, salt, pepper, and dried oregano in a medium bowl.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, and crumbled feta to the bowl. Toss until well coated.
  • Spread the hummus out evenly across your serving dish. Top with the tomato, cucumber and feta mixture.
  • Serve with pita chips and enjoy!
