I am here to remove the stigma, you don’t have to dive into a fully vegan lifestyle to better your long term health. But you can make huge improvements just by swapping out plant-based meals in your daily life and increasing your fruits & vegetables each day.
To me, being healthy doesn’t mean you have to eliminate certain food groups from your meals, but it does mean you focus on fueling your body with whole foods. By increasing the amount of plant-based meals you consume I believe you will feel your body flourishing from the inside out. That momentum will lead you to finding other healtlhy habits and before you know it, you’re truly living your best life.
The most common hesitation I find with people is they try to take on too much at the beginning and end up overwhelmed with information and exhausted by so many new recipes. I break down your ingredient swaps so they are simple, but delicious enough to please your family & friends.
